What futures contracts can I trade on Lind Elite? |

What are the recommended system requirements? |

o PC with a 1 GHz processor or better. o Windows 2000 or XP. o 512MB of RAM or more. o 100MB or more free hard drive space. o Minimum 1280x1024 screen resolution with 16bit color. (We recommend a setup with higher resolution and multiple monitors) |

How do I set up Broker Connection? |
| |
In most cases, you will simply need to provide the broker ID and password. In some cases you will need to contact either your broker or the Lind Elite Support. |

Where do I download the application from? |
| |
If you have not registered for the application, you will first need to do so. Once you have registered and subscribed for a particular product, your current product subscriptions are shown in My Accounts page and in My Subscription. Clicking on your available subscription will take you to a page which has all your available downloads. |

How do I set up my Data Feed? |
| |
There are two ways to set up your data feed: 1. When you first logon, you can click on the “ADVANCED” button from the login dialog and select the Data Feed tab.2. You can select the Edit>Preferences Menu (Shortcut CTRL+R) and then select the “Data Feed” tab. Please ensure you have the correct data feed password. (Most Usernames and Passwords are case-sensitive!) |

I am simply not connecting to either the Broker or the Data Feed provider. What is the problem? |
| |
There could be several issues. Here is a check list: o Is your internet configured correctly? o Is your internet temporarily down? o Are you behind a firewall? o Are you allowed to connect on all ports? o Are you using the correct account/password combination for the broker connection? o Are you using the correct userid/password for the data feed connection? (If all else fails please contact customer support!) |

From the FILE menu you can select the WORKSPACE menu and select "NEW WORKSPACE". Alternatively, you can simply type in "CTRL+N" to set up a new workspace quickly. You will prompted for a name. |

From the EDIT menu, please select the "PREFERENCES" menu and then select the "SYMBOL" tab. |

You will be able to setup the color of the different messages and associate a sound to each different message. (HIDDEN TIP: You can always provide your own sound file,simply replace the appropriate file in the SOUND folder). |

How can I maintain a list of Broker Quote Symbols? |

From the EDIT menu, please select the "PREFERENCES" menu and then select the "QUOTE" tab. From here you will able to maintain your broker quote list. |

How can I view my past billing history? |
| |
From the My Accounts page, you can click on the Transaction History. This will display all your previous transactions (date, amount and subscription detail). |

What is the logic behind the monthly billing cycle? |
| |
If you are a new subscriber, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the current month for the base product. Thereafter, you will be automatically billed at the beginning of each month. For any additional modules, you will only be billed after the free trial period. |

How can I try the software? |
| |
Please go to the Lind website and click on the register button. Once you have supplied your personal information, you can choose the download the free demo edition. When you are ready to use the software, please select the type of subscription and product configuration that best suits your needs. You can always cancel a subscription at any time. What is "work offline"? |

This lets you access your saved account information and lets you use the application with the data feed, without connecting to the broker. You cannot place any orders or retrieve any account information i.e. fund status, static quotes, order status etc. |

How do I setup my eSignal data feed? |
| |
1. Via the Advanced Settings: Enter your username and password as provided by eSignal within the Advanced Settings window, which can be accessed from the login window by pressing the Advanced Settings button, via the data feed tab. 2. Via the Preferences: Once you log into the application, within the data feed tab, enter the username and password as provided by eSignal. Once this is done, hit the start button. |

What is "auto start"? |

The auto start check box lets you select whether you want your eSignal connection to start automatically once you successfully log into the application. |

What if my internet connection drops, will I have to manually reconnect |

No, the application will continue attempting to reconnect to the broker once the internet is available in most cases. In some cases, you may have to contact support for further assistance. |

What is the difference between an account-level connection and user-level connection? |

An account level login will only allow you to trade one account while a user level login will let you trade multiple accounts. |

What if I am behind a firewall? |

As soon as you place an order, the broker responds back with a message. Both these message communication is displayed in our message console. You can also track your order by opening the working order report and/or the fills report. |

Can I run Market Trader without an active eSignal connection? |

No. You must have an active real-time streaming connection in order to use any of these systems. |
